I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist for women who are tired of holding it all together. If you're feeling burned out, stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by expectations, or just off, I help you slow down and figure out what’s really going on beneath the surface.
My approach is psychodynamic at its core, which means we’ll dig into how your past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious beliefs might still be shaping your present-day life. We’ll examine the roots of your self-doubt, perfectionism, anxiety, or people-pleasing, and rewrite old narratives that aren’t working anymore. While self-exploration is at the heart of our work together, I’m also a fan of practical tools when you need them.
In sessions, I’m casual, real, and not afraid to laugh—or gently challenge you when needed. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship, not a clinical transaction. You can expect honesty, warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. I’m human, just like you.
